You will also be entrusted to be able to work independently in a fast paced and cross functional environment.   You will also be responsible to: - Lead the country & regional strategy and engagement with OEM customers - Deliver the sales targets for respective country and region - Identify the multiple sales opportunities within the assigned accounts and set account goals - Influence all levels of critical departments in accounts through direct activity and coordinating linked team resources to achieve - Understand customer's objectives, business model, requirements, organization chart, key decision makers, cost structure and the purchase plan - Build productive customer relationships at different management levels and identify and develop opportunities for new business in current and future accounts - Develop winning strategies in response to industry trends and directions. Anticipates trends and sees business risks and opportunities - You must have an entrepreneurial spirit. Able to innovate where there is ambiguity. - Must have outstanding communication skills and organizational smarts. - Self-starter - be able to work with minimal supervision. - Strategic mindset - be aware of the overall picture, and not just focus on short-term deals. - Preferably with background/knowledge in OEM. - In depth industry knowledge. - Overall product line knowledge. - Must have 10+year experience in IT sales and managing accounts.
